Join us for the first of our 2022 Women on the Water networking events on 2nd March 2022
This meeting will seek your aspirations for the Women’s Network for 2022 and plan for the Senior Leaders workshop on 18 May 2022 in which we raise awareness of women’s experiences of working on the Thames and other inland waterways and showcase how to make our industry a great place for women to work, including toolkits for employers and employees.
The meeting also includes a training workshop on speaking comfortably about diversity and inclusion, including gender and ethnicity, at work. The workshop is led by Rommell Wallace, Director of SAY.

What "Women on the Water" aspires to:
- Encourage more diversity in the inland waterways sector, including the tidal Thames, by providing networking opportunities for women in operational roles.
- Support all women in the sector through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Position the industry as an attractive career choice for women.
