Come and visit us at the National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships

We are proud to announce that the Thames Skills Academy  will be at the London Youth Rowing’s National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships  (NJIRC) on February 28th at the Copper Box Arena on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The event brings together around 2,000 young people aged between 11 and 18 who will be competing from across the UK. 

The TSA will be giving careers advice and talking about the wealth of job opportunities available on the tidal Thames, especially apprenticeship positions for skippers and maritime engineers. 

Students will be able to sign up to the TSA’s annual #CareersOnTheThames event which takes place on September 30th 2020, where they can meet TSA employers and hear from current apprentices whilst aboard a vessel sailing along the Thames.
