Women on the Water in Thames Guardian

Published Date:

Since launching its "Women on the Water" network, the Thames Skills Academy is proud of its role in encouraging more diversity in the inland waterways sector, particularly on the tidal Thames, by providing networking opportunities for women in operational roles, supporting women in the sector through knowledge sharing and mentoring, and positioning the industry as an attractive career choice for women.

To promote the network, the Thames Guardian spoke to several women who already call the Thames their workplace.

Find out what they had to say about working on the river and read the full article here.
