We are proud to announce that the Thames Skills Academy will be exhibiting at the London Youth Rowing’s National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships (NJIRC) on Friday, 1 March 2024 at the Copper Box Arena on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
With an audience of 3,000 young people aged 11 – 18, the TSA will be talking about opportunities for Careers On The Thames (#COTT) including apprenticeships to become a Skipper or Marine Engineer. You’ll experience some of the skills needed and learn about the rowing opportunities, including being able to take part in the Doggett’s Coat and Badge Wager, the oldest boat race in the world.
